The aim of the course:
This course aims to teach students the principles of metabolism in an easy and understandable way. Students will learn how plant cells communicate with each other and with their environment, and how they respond to internal and environmental stimuli. Will understand how these changes in plant metabolism are initiated and coordinated at the genome level.

Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : learn the basic principles of metabolism1,2,71,
LO - 2 : understand how plants respond to internal and external signals.1,2,71,
LO - 3 : understand how metabolism is regulated at the genome level.1,2,71,
LO - 4 : will have information about how to better use their knowledge about metabolic regulations for the benefit of humanity.1,2,71,
LO - 5 : understands basic molecular biological concepts better and how they can be used to solve social problems.1,2,71,
LO - 6 : develops its language and thus follows international publications and resources.1,2,71,
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), LO : Learning Outcome
