The aim of the course:
To give some information on the concepts of urban recreation and urban recreation planning techniques and to examine the interaction of recreation with culture and the man-made environment and the impacts of recreation on the urban environment. To educate outdoor recreation activities on the development and marketing of natural, cultural, historical, and archeological resources.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : learn the basic concepts related to urban recreation
PO - 2 : learn the new methodological approach and strategies for the applications of urban recreation
PO - 3 : be informed about urban climate and urban pollutions
PO - 4 : learn the importance in the recreational planning in cities
