To help students implement forest cadastre concerning the definition of forest, delineation of forest lands and land ownership disputes. |

The definition of forestry in Turkish Law, its extent and ownership status, historical evolution/development of cadastral system in Turkey, the implementation of cadastre in Turkey and responsible units for implementation, criteria for delineating forest lands, legal consequences of a definite decision of cadastre, the mutual interrelations between land and forest cadastre. |
