The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the graduate students with a theoretical phytosociological knowledge especially on Turkish forests, to use these for the forest practices and determining the indicators for conserving plant biodiversity in forest ecosystems.

Programme OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : describe the importance of phytosociology in forestry1,7,111
PO - 2 : describe and explain the properties of phytosociological structure of forest ecosystems1,7,111
PO - 3 : describe the phytosociological terms and understand the relationship of the data to the other forest disciplines1,7,111
PO - 4 : describe the effects of living things on forest phytosociological structure1,7,111
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), PO : Learning Outcome
