The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on vegetative propagation for tree breeding, to enable them to understand best reproduction methods, to help them how to search for new tree breeding criteria

Advantages and disadvantages of vegetative breeding, the concept of tree breeding and the importance of vegetative production in breeding methods, grafting (pen and litter in graft, grafting methods, factors affecting success in grafts), cuttings (production methods with cuttings, factors affecting.
