This course covers the definition, emergence, development and characteristics of labor law; Basic concepts in business law; The conclusion, form and types of the employment contract; Obligations of the parties in the employment contract; working and rest periods; termination of the employment contract; job security and its provisions; definition, terms and calculation of severance pay; It includes the concept of social security, its development and scope, and long and short term insurance branches in Social Security Law. |
