The aim of the course:
This graduate course was aimed to provide fundamental knowledge on micromechanics and microengineering methods. Emphasis will be given on microengineering

- Background Information, Brief review of micro and nanotechnology - Concept of micromechanics, - Tools for micromechanical investigations: micro/nano indentation test, micro-scratch test, micro-CMM, confocal microscopy, - Micro-engineering methods, - Micro-engineered surfaces, - Mechanics of micro-engineered surface fabrication methods, - Microfactories. - Clean Rooms - Project presentations
