The aim of the course:
It teaches that in order for a person to have a healthy body, he/she must engage in appropriate physical activity and also have an adequate and balanced diet.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Will be able to express adequate and balanced nutrition and rules by evaluating the conditions of healthy living.151,

The importance of healthy nutrition / Exercise / Sleep and Stress factors in a healthy life System mechanism of the body. What is Adequate and Balanced Nutrition? Things you need to know to have correct nutrition information / Some Concepts about Nutrition Nutrients Necessary for Life: Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats (What is it? General properties, Sources, Use in humans, Requirement and importance) Nutrients Necessary for Life: Vitamins, Minerals and Water (What is it? General properties, Sources, Use in humans, Requirement and importance) Use of Foods in the Body, Balanced Menu Examples, Fast Food Nutrition, Principles of Preparing, Storing and Cooking Foods, Healthy Metabolism Body Composition / Biology of Fat, Energy and weight control.
