QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS and REGULATIONS
Students who successfully complete all courses of the two-year (four semesters) education program and a 30-day summer internship receive an associate degree.
EXAMINATION, ASSESSMENT and GRADING REGULATIONS
In order for each student to take the final exam, they must have attended at least 70% of the courses and 80% of the practices. Students are subject to a midterm and final exam for each course. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. The success grade is calculated from the sum of 50% midterm exam (written, project, homework, laboratory exam, quiz, etc.) and 50% final exam. In evaluating success grades, the relative evaluation system is applied in courses where the number of students exceeds 10, and the absolute evaluation system is applied in courses where the number of students is below 10. The relative evaluation system measures a student's success based on his performance level compared to other students in his class. Regardless of their mid-term grades, students must get at least 45 out of 100 in the final exam in order to pass a course.
Students who receive one of the letter grades (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB) and (CC) from a course are deemed to have succeeded that course. Students who receive the (DC) grade have the right to pass conditionally, and this condition requires the academic average of the relevant semester to be at least 2.00. At the end of each semester, students can take the make-up exam for all the courses they failed in the relevant semester. Students who are successful in the Summer Internship are given a letter grade of Pass (G), and students who are unsuccessful are given a letter grade of Fail (K). (G) and (K) letter grades are not included in the average calculations.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

First and Emergency Aid Program students must successfully complete all compulsory and elective courses containing 120 ECTS credits, have a general weighted point average of at least 2.0 out of 4.0, and complete a 30 working day summer internship at the end of the second semester.
