The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to give information about the general properties of enzymes, production techniques, areas of use and enzyme activity methods.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
Structure and properties of enzymes, naming and classification of enzymes, microbial enzyme production methods, enzyme immobilization, usage areas of enzymes, enzyme kinetics, factors affecting enzyme activity, enzyme inhibition, enzyme activity determination methods and calculation of enzyme activity.
