The aim of the course:
It is aimed to gain qualifications by creating awareness about Quality Management Systems and processes.

Contents of the Course
Quality Concept, PDCA cycle, Quality Approaches, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Quality Management System, Risk Management and Evaluation (taking actions), Importance and necessity of documentation, Quality Policy, Quality Planning, Personnel Competence, Infrastructure and Resource Management, Management Review , Measurement and Evaluation, Internal and External Audit Activities and Its Importance, Control of Inappropriate Work/Experiment/Analysis, Cause-Effect Relationships etc.
