The aim of the course:
To understand the history, development process and current situation of Russian cinema from a general perspective and to become acquainted with the culture of the learned language.
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Learns how the cinema was born in an original way in Russian art.
LO - 2 : Becomes familiar with the genres in Russian cinema.
LO - 3 : Have comprehensive knowledge of the Russian cinema from the beginning to the present
LO - 4 : Acquire knowledge about the cult movies in Russian cinema.

Contents of the Course
Starting from the pre-revolution period Russian cinema will be studied in general terms.
