The aim of the course:
To provide the students with a general and technical knowledge of tending and tending types, to help them use their knowledge to understand tending workings in some main tree species and mixed forests.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : summarize general and technical knowledge of tending and tending methods2,3,4,5
LO - 2 : compare application of different types of tending methods2,3,4,5
LO - 3 : evaluate tending according to the ecological factors and silvicultural characteristics of tree species 2,3,4,5
LO - 4 : prepare plans of tending of the natural and exotic tree species of Turkey2,3,4,5
