General information on Turkish nationality law, the concept of nationality, basic principles of Turkish nationality law, the ways of acquisition of Turkish nationality, procedures relating to nationality, legal results of acquisition of Turkkish nationality; the ways of loss of Turkish nationality, procedures of loss of nationality, legal results of loss of Turkkish nationality; The concept of alien, historical development of aliens rights, legal status of aliens in international agreements, general principles on aliens' fundamental right and freedoms in Turkish law, basic rights and freedoms of aliens, social and economic rights and freedoms of aliens, politicial rights of aliens. |
