The aim of the course:
To provide knowledge to be able to apply national culture on human resource. To provide knowledge to be able to plan the reflection of cross-cultural differences on organizational behavior.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : define management and organizational situation from the point of view of cultural metaphor 2,8
PO - 2 : explain the national culture, cross-cultural dimensions, convergence vs. divergence, theoretical perspectives used in cross-cultural organizational analysis, the interaction between cultural context and organization.2,8

PO - 5 : define the analysis of the Turkish cultural context 2,8

Contents of the Course
The definition of management and organizational situation from the point of view of cultural metaphor. The explanation of the national culture, cross-cultural dimensions, convergence vs. divergence, theoretical perspectives used in cross-cultural organizational analysis, the interaction between cultural context and organization.
