The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to understand the transformation of the public administration within the scope of the restructuring of the public administration in Turkey.

Restructuring concept, the need for change and restructuring in public administration, periodic analysis of reform studies in Turkey (Tanzimat period, pre-planned period, planned period (1960-1980), post-1980 period), restructuring efforts for the functioning of public administration, restructuring efforts in public human resources management, restructuring efforts in the auditing of public administration, new public management and restructuring efforts, governance approach and restructuring efforts, e-government approach and restructuring efforts, restructuring efforts regarding ethical understanding in public administration, decentralization and restructuring efforts
