The aim of the course:
In this course is explained to basic concepts related democracy, constitutional advances and democratization process.
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Students will learn the basic concepts of democracy and have general knowledge about democratic developments in the world.1,21,
LO - 2 : Students will have knowledge about the process of participation in the governance of the governed and administrative and legal arrangements in this process from Ottoman Empire to Turkish Republic.1,21,
LO - 3 : Students will be able to use the theoretical knowledge that they learned during lesson, their research and can make their own comments on the topic.1,21,
LO - 4 : Students will be more conscious to interpret political, social and constitutional developments through the method that they have learned in the lesson.1,21,

Contents of the Course
In the course is basic concept related democracy, the process of participation are managed by government to management from Ottoman to Republic, administrative and legal foundations that are provide participation to management, political parties and elections.
