The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is the transition of the Roman republic to the Empire, the wars with the East, the religious transformation of Rome and the relations with the surrounding civilizations, the struggles with "the barbarians" in the West, the position of the Empire against the Sassanids and the dominance of Anatolia.
