1-Properties of CNC lathe machine, parts of CNC lathe machine, working principles of a CNC lathe machine
2-Coordinate axis of machine, reference points, kinds of control panels, control panel buttons and their properties
3- Relation between material of cutting and material of work pieces, kinds of cutting, their properties and using areas, adjustments of tool compansate
tool holders and fixture companents
4-Zero points on parts, properties af aparatures using to assign zero point, to assign zore point to tool according to working piece, using equipments for tool adjustment and their properties
5-Cutting depth, giving process angle and feed rate , calculating of depth for tool first processing , fixtures, fixture diagnosis instruments, methods of assigning zero poins to parts
6-Principles of programming in CNC lathe machines, locating systems, preparing and processing commands,auxulary commands, special commands
7-Motion system in CNC lathe machines, coordinate systems, kinds of motion, type of control, axes
8-Definition and importance of simulation, simulation softwares, program running
9-To create program by using cycle in CNC lathe: a. Canned cycle facing , b.Rough cutting cycle, c.Side tapping cycle, d.Peck drilling cycle
10-To create program by using cycle in CNC lathe:a.Pattern repeating roughing cycle, b. Grooving cycle, c.Deep hole drilling cycle, d.Threading cycle
