The aim of the course:
It is aimed that the students have the skill and knowledge on maxillofacial fractures.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Defines the term trauma Lists the principles of emergency first aid, gains the theoretical knowledge to apply, follows the changes in emergency first aid, establishes healthy communication with health personnel Defines and lists the epidemiology of oral and maxillofacial trauma1,3,71,
LO - 2 : Defines and lists the causes of fracture Knows the fracture potential of trauma types Knows and lists the types of fractures3,5,71,
LO - 3 : Selects the raphyographic diagnostic method in the detection of fractures Knows the radiographic image methods to be applied in the detection of fractures Interprets the image results obtained from radiography71,
LO - 4 : Classifies and explains mandibular fractures Knows the clinical signs of mandibular fractures Knows the clinical and radiographic findings of fracture displacements1,71,
