To introduce students to the concept of surgery and to provide the necessary theoretical training

LO - 1 : Recognizes oral and maxillofacial surgery practice List and explain clinical rules Knows the functioning of the relevant department, recognizes the materials2,71,
LO - 2 : Defines and sorts the examination and radiologic reports of patients. Knows bleeding diathesis. Contents of the Course
Introduction to Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery,Different inspection techniques in examination,Evaluating patients in the aspect of oral surgery,Asepsis &antisepsis,Topographic anatomy of Oro-facial structures,Laboratory & Radiologic investigations,Wound healing and its complications,Teaching the concept of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Teaching the techniques of the teeth removal. Preoperative preparations and postoperative careIncision and suture techniques,Tooth extractionSurgery of impacted teeth In addition students join the clinical work 16 hours a whole year.
