The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide students general knowledge about the basic principles of pharmacology, and give information about the drugs used in the treatment of different diseases.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : describe and comment on the absorption, bioavailability, distribution and elimination of the drugs, and the drug-receptor interaction. 1,2,71,
LO - 2 : comment on the physiology of autonomic nervous system, and to classify the drugs used in the therapy of the diseases related with the autonomic nervous system. 1,2,71,
LO - 3 : describe and comment on the drugs used in cardiovascular diseases. 1,2,71,
LO - 4 : comment on the physiology of central nervous system, and to classify the drugs used in the therapy of the diseases related with the central nervous system. 1,2,71,
LO - 5 : describe and comment on the general principles and properties of chemotherapeutics. 1,2,71,
