The aim of the course is to provide general information on the general principles of the Law of Obligations.

Contents of the Course
The source of the law of obligations-contracts, torts and unjust enrichment- are explained under the title of contracts. Different issues such as the definition and classifications of contracts, form of contracts and the termination of contracts will be discussed. As torts, its conditions and statutory limitations will be explained. Considering the last source of the law of obligations, the concept of unjust enrichment and its conditions will be examined.
