To gain clinical performance as a specialist and have sufficient knowledge and experience as a clinical assistant.

Contents of the Course
The intracanal disinfection materials, root canal filling solid materials, sealer and cements and their standarts and properties are explained. Additionally, delivery systems for root canal filling materials including rigid systems, injection and rotary techniques are described. Temporary cements are told. And lasers are evaluated. Hand and engine driven instruments, motors and devices, disinfectants, dentin surface modifiers, and lubricants that have been used in cleaning and shaping of the root canal system are showed. Clinical issues for cleaning and shaping of the root canal system are mentioned. Hand instrumentation, rotary instrumentation and other canal preparation techniques are demonstrated. Addition to these subjects, timing of obturatin, length of obturation, preparation for obturation and ideal root canal filling are demonstrated, too. Types of sealers, sealer placement and core materials are described. All of obturation methods and the importance of coronal seal are taught.Finally, the importance and procedure of the endodontic records are noted. Legal responsibilities of the clinician are emphasized. Malpractice incidents and prophylactic endodontic practice are communicated in detail to clinicians.
