The aim of the course:
To give students basic information on labour law that they need in business.

Definition and Content of Labour Law, Basic Concepts and Sources of Labour Law, Application Areas of Labour Law, Definition of Employment Contract and its Elements, Types of Employment Contract, Employment Contract, Employment Contract Obligations, Termination of the Employment Contract, Severance Pay, Time-based Execution of Employment, People-based Execution of Employment.
