The aim of the course:
Understanding of modern biochemical technics.

Contents of the Course
Introduction to technics used in biochemistry, Electrophoretic Technics (Protein electrophoresis, DNA electrophoresis, 2D electrophoresis, Blotting technics), Recombinant DNA Technics (Isolation and analysis of nucleic acids, PCR, Construction and investigation of genomic DNA libraries, Gene cloning, Transformation, Gen mutation), Protein analysis Technics (Technics used in isolation, purification and characterization of proteins, Proteomics (Amino acid sequencing and Activity tests of enzymes)), Biochemistry and internet (Usage of internet in biochemistry (Animation sites of metabolic pathways and its application), Gen and genomics data-bases).
