| PC Hardware : Main hardware units, I/O units, Communications units, Storage and memory units. Operating Systems (OS) : Main knowledge about MS-DOS, Windows, Unix, Linux. MS-DOS : Basic directory and file commands, Formating harddisk and disket. Windows98 : Window? structure, Desktop usage, File and directory operations, Usage of control panel ( add/remove hardware and software, keyboard and mouse properties etc. . . ) Internet Usage : History of internet, Browsers, Ftp, Tel-net, E-mail. MS Office. Learning the use of Word, Excel, and Power Poind. |
