The aim of the course:
It is aimed that students will be able to examine the historical development processes of Oghuz Turkish from an interdisciplinary perspective by knowing the characteristics of Oghuz Turkish in terms of spelling and grammar in the 11th-12th centuries and the assumptions in the literature about the works reflecting these characteristics.

Contents of the Course
The course will examine the existence of Oghuz Turkish in the 11th and 12th centuries, before its emergence as a written language. In this context, the historical development of Oghuz Turkish will be examined, and the orthographic and grammatical characteristics of Oghuz Turkish during these centuries, along with works reflecting these characteristics, will be discussed.
