The aim of the course:
The purpose of this course is to enable students to use Russian effectively and accurately in the tourism sector. Students will develop their written and oral communication skills related to travel, accommodation, dining, giving and asking for directions, shopping, cultural tours, and emergencies.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Students will be able to recognize and use basic Russian vocabulary and expressions encountered in the tourism sector.1 - 161,
LO - 2 : Students will be able to communicate orally in tourism contexts such as hotels, restaurants, airports, and shopping.1 - 15 - 171,
LO - 3 : Students will be able to express themselves in giving directions and asking for addresses.1 - 4 - 171,
LO - 4 : Students will be able to carry out written communications and reservation procedures accurately.11,
LO - 5 : Students will be able to handle emergencies and unexpected situations using appropriate Russian expressions.1,

Contents of the Course
This course covers Russian language skills and basic vocabulary related to tourism. The content includes airports, hotels, restaurants, shopping, finding directions in the city, cultural and historical sites, entertainment activities, emergencies, phone and digital services, tour guiding, and group management. Students will reinforce their functional language skills through dialogues and practical exercises related to these topics.
