The aim of the course:
aim to develop comprehension and interpretation skills by thoroughly analysing various types of Russian texts (literary, academic, media and professional), thereby enabling students to communicate fluently and effectively in spoken and written Russian and to use the acquired language skills competently in their daily and professional lives.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : gain knowledge about theoretical approaches to the analysis of a Russian text. 111,
LO - 2 : gain the ability to distinguish the linguistic, structural and cultural characteristics of different types of Russian texts, such as literary, scientific, legal, media and commercial texts, and to analyse them in depth by identifying the purposes for which they were written and their target audience111,
LO - 3 : increase their Russian vocabulary.111,
LO - 4 : evaluate the content, grammatical structure and terminology of the texts they analyse in a fluent and persuasive manner in Russian; they can transform their critical comments into written texts that are accurate, structured and meet academic standards.111,
LO - 5 : use the professional and technical language skills they have acquired from Russian texts competently and appropriately in everyday and professional life.111,

Contents of the Course
Various Russian literary texts are examined in the fields of Russian culture, daily life, and literature. The concepts in these texts are explained and the texts are translated.
