Students are expected to develop a critical approach to translation and to formulate strategies suitable for different text types. |

| The course is based on the translation of selected advanced-level texts. Students translate literary, academic, technical, legal, and media materials into Turkish with cultural awareness. Emphasis is placed on semantic shifts, stylistic differences, terminological accuracy, and genre-appropriate expression. |
