The aim of the course:
To develop and improve students' ability to perceive the subject of philosophy and its basic concepts, methodology, sub-disciplines and way of reasoning and to carry out the act of philosophical questioning.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Understands the basic concepts, topics and problems of philosophy.
LO - 2 : Understands the unique method and working style of philosophy.
LO - 3 : Knows the field, basic concepts and problems of epistemology.
LO - 4 : Gains the ability to think about metaphysical problems.
LO - 5 : Knows the fundamental concepts and problems of contemporary philosophy of mind.
LO - 6 : Knows the basic concepts and problems of moral philosophy.
LO - 7 : Knows the field, basic concepts and problems of philosophy of science.
LO - 8 : Knows the fundamental problems of political philosophy.
LO - 9 : Knows the theories of art put forward in the philosophy of art.
LO - 10 : Thinks about the meaning of life.

Contents of the Course
Introductory lectures will be given on the philosophy of knowledge, metaphysical problems, ethics, political philosophy, philosophy of religion, philosophy of science, and philosophy of art.
