The aim of the course:
Teaching basic concepts and theories of economics that relate directly/indirectly to some courses (urban and regional development, public policies, economics of real estate, etc. ) of following semesters.

Contents of the Course
.Economic problems; main concepts; supply-demand theory; consumer equilibrium and changes in consumer equilibrium, consumer behavior; an overview of macro and microeconomic theories such as competitive and imperfectly competitive markets; national income theory; unemployment and inflation theories; Türkiye's economic structure, money and banking; national growth; international economies.
