Althought, family businesses have a crucial importance for both national and international economy, their continuity represents a serious problem. Just as in all businesses, the continuity of family businesses is largely dependent on their ability to adapt themselves to the environment. For this reason, the concepts and facts related to basic business and management functions that will provide competitive advantage in the family organization learning organization are examined in depth. |
