The aim of the course:
This course deals with the various functions of management in family businesses. Althought, family businesses have a crucial importance for both national and international economy, their continuity represents a serious problem. Just as in all businesses, the continuity of family businesses is largely dependent on their ability to adapt themselves to the environment. For this reason, the concepts and facts related to basic business and management functions that will provide competitive advantage in the family organization learning organization are examined in depth.

Contents of the Course
Ensuring family business' continuity by analyzing them in a multidimensional way. These factors affected family businesses' continuity are founders, social capital, family and business values, organizational succession process, strategic management process, institutionalization, sectoral structure, economy, policies, technology and foreign markets.
