The aim of the course:
To explain the importance of leaders and motivational methods which they use on company management.

Effective leadership, traits approach, Likert's system 4 model, contingency approach, Fred Fiedler's effective leadership model, Path-Goal theory of leadership, life cycle approach, 3 dimensional approach, relationship between leadership and motivation.
