This course will offer a thorough overview of the swift changes in contemporary working environments and their effects on the labor force. Students will analyze the emergence of new work structures like digitalization, artificial intelligence, and flexible working models, as well as the obstacles to women's involvement in the workforce and the impact of the gig economy on job stability. Furthermore, they will delve into topics such as youth unemployment, working at an advanced age, and workplace diversity. Throughout the course, students will critically assess the issues discussed, enhance their capacity to devise solutions to present challenges, and concentrate on strategies for adjusting to the future work landscape. |
