Also, it is expected that students will be able to analyze and resolve behavioral and managerial problems which occur in work life at individual, group and organizational levels. |

Selected topics in organizational behaviour are discussed after briefly focused on the scope of organizational behavior and its fundamentals. Some of the selected topics are; organizational justice, organizational support, organizational silence, organizational commitment and organizational alienation etc. The topics discussed is reinforced by case studies from the world of business to understand and analyze the behavior of individuals and groups in working life. |
