The aim of the course:
The objective of this course is to understand how human resource management (HRM) is positioned as a strategic function and to analyze its impact on organizational performance from a scientific perspective. It aims to equip students with a solid foundation in HRM theories and contemporary practices, enhance critical thinking skills, and develop advanced academic research capabilities in this field. Additionally, the course seeks to improve students' understanding of organizational dynamics, and ability to design sustainable HRM policies. In this context, the course covers the impact of HRM on employee engagement, organizational justice, leadership, and ethical decision-making. By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze HRM strategies from both academic and practical perspectives and contribute to research in the field.

Contents of the Course
This course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the strategic management of human capital in organizations. The course covers topics such as strategic HRM, talent management, employee engagement, ethics, and sustainability. Additionally, subjects like employer branding, psychological contracts, leadership, and organizational behavior are explored through academic research and case studies. By developing critical thinking skills, students analyze the impact of HRM on organizational performance and competitive advantage.
