It aims to equip students with a solid foundation in HRM theories and contemporary practices, enhance critical thinking skills, and develop advanced academic research capabilities in this field. Additionally, the course seeks to improve students' understanding of organizational dynamics, and ability to design sustainable HRM policies. In this context, the course covers the impact of HRM on employee engagement, organizational justice, leadership, and ethical decision-making. By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze HRM strategies from both academic and practical perspectives and contribute to research in the field. |
