The aim of the course:
It is intended that to give satisfy information to students about cultural, politic and economic means of social change. at the end of his process, students will be gathered critical approach about socio cultural results of social change in the historical developing process.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 3 : Understand general literature about social change 1,21,

LO - 5 : Can provide information about the factors that influence social change1,21,

Contents of the Course
Definition of social change from point of sociological view, basic concepts of social change such as domestication, acculturation, assimilation and socio cultural integration, and phases of social change; examine approaches of classical and modern social change theories to social change fact.
