The aim of the course:
To inform students about theoretical knowledge of the social movements, and improve their ability for evaluation of events and facts comparatively in the local and global level, and comprehend the ties between individual, group and community.

Contents of the Course
In this course, the basic concepts of social movements, theories and dynamics will be discussed. The interaction between migration, identity, globalization, social change, feminism, environmentalism and social movements will be examined.
