The aim of the course:
The aim of this course; It is the development of the ability to discuss and interpret the urban through sociological approaches and concepts by comprehending the urban in the context of historical and social processes that affect its formation process.

Contents of the Course
The main concepts and theories about the urban, the history of the urban of Turkey, the urbanization process and its characteristics, and the effects of political, economic, cultural and technological developments on the urban, urbanization and urban life constitute the content of this course.
