Literature scanning related to basic concepts of planning (urban structure, macro form, environment, living quality, community benefits, settlement identity etc. ) and interpreting them with the area to be planned. Institutional and technical information will be given/searched and implementation. Research social, economic, technical, physical and perception properties of quarter under the influence of a city or a small town (1/5000, 1/25000 scale) . Analysis of existing problems, resources of settlement, potentials, and restrictions. Definition of vision for development, goals and objectives. Develop and evaluate alternative scenarios (1/25000) for city region. Preparation of alternative plans and decision making on the city or small town |
