The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide detailed information on tools and methods of project management to the students for using resources effectively in companies and other non-profit organizations.

Contents of the Course
Concept ot project, issues of project management, important factors for successful project management, process groups of project management, management of content, cost, time, quality, human resources, communication and risk in project management; drawing project schedule; Gantt diagram; Crithicak Path Method (CPM); Project evaluation and review technique (PERT); methods of decreasing project duration
