The course covers topics such as regional and global sequence alignment using score matrices (PAM, BLOSUM), multiple sequence alignment algorithms, database search algorithms (Blast, Fasta), distance matrices, phylogenetic tree construction, protein modeling, motif identification, molecular docking studies, and primer design studies. |
