Introduction of microbiology laboratory environments and rules, preparation of bacterial nutrient media and sterilization techniques, aseptic transfer and cultivation methods of microorganisms, demonstration of microorganisms, determination of antimicrobial effects of various physical and chemical factors, microscopic examination of microorganisms and substructures, selective and distinctive media and microorganisms determination of bacterial growth curve, microbial analysis of various nutrients, water and soil samples. |
