Prof. Dr. Nihan Çelik Uzun | | Language of instruction | Turkish | | Professional practise ( internship ) | None | | | | The aim of the course: | | As a result of a 14-week practical course for term-4 dentistry student, it is aimed to do endodontic clinic applications; at the end of the theoretical course, it is aimed to rank of the emergency endodontic treatments, to select and summary local anesthesia in endodontics, to know the problems and solution encountered during treatment, to associate and distinguish non-odontogenic toothaches, to diagnose dental trauma and decide on treatment, to explain the drug use in endodontics, to tell and diagnose the causes of pathological tooth resorption, to list the causes of discoloration and bleaching treatments in devital teeth. |

| In these course, the emergency endodontic treatments, local anesthesia in endodontics, non-odontogenic toothache, problems encountered in endodontics and their solutions, dental trauma, drug management in endodontics, pathological tooth resorption, devital teeth discoloration and bleaching treatments are taught. In addition, in the clinical practice of the course, endodontic treatments are applied to the patients.
