The aim of the course:
Introduction of grant mechanisms and grant-giving institutions, co-financing concept, logical framework approach and project and program-oriented preparation of projects to be submitted to grant sources

Contents of the Course
Project and program concepts, introducing institutions providing project support such as Development Agencies, KOSGEB, TÜBİTAK, framework programs, and support mechanisms, originality analysis of projects, local factors, risk analyses, priority area analysis, NACE Codes, introduction of the professional consultancy sector, emerging trends, discussing the concept of sustainability, project cycle management and logical framework approach within this context, the concept of grants, support contracts, analysis and planning stages, current situation analysis, stakeholder analysis, problem analysis, target analysis, strategy analysis, time-activity and resource planning, SWOT analysis, filling in the logical framework matrix, project budget, main and sub-costs, eligible and ineligible costs, resource planning, the concept of sustainability, the concept of multiplier effect, the concept of ultimate beneficiaries, performance indicators, project monitoring, procurement mechanisms, grant sources.
