The aim of the course:
It is aimed the students to have information about the contents of shipbuilding contract and learn how to prepare a good shipbuilding contract.

Contents of the Course
Introduction to Shipbuilding contract, AWES subject of contract, AWES inspection-approval and modifications, AWES trials, AWES speed-capacity and fuel consumption, AWES ship delivery, AWES price, insurance according to AWES, Default by Owner and Shipyard according to AWES contract, Guarentee according to AWES, AWES contract expenses, arbitration according to AWES contract, condition for the contract to become effective, liability and assignment according to AWES.
