The aim of the course:
The course aims to familiarize undergraduate students with basic signal processing concepts. Several DSP problems will be implemented using C programming language which will give insights to students about applications areas of DSP.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
Foundations of Digital Signal Processing, Statistics, probaility and noise, DACs and ADCs, DSP software, Linear systems, Convolution, Convolution properties, Discrete Fourier Transform, its properties and applications, Fast Fourier transform, Continous signal processing, Digital filters, Audio processing, Linear image processing, Implementing DSP algorithms using C.
