The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on the activities of terrorist organizations, their aims and structures related to globalization. Also this course includes the economic sources of terrorism and the international threats of terrorism.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : gain knowledge the typologies, ideology, history, motives and causes of international terrorism1,71,3
PO - 2 : have acquired a general insight into how terrorism has evolved from a historical perspective as well as the response of the government and law enforcement in combating terrorism in multiple arenas are addressed 2,71,3
PO - 3 : illustrate how the concept of terrorism is used differently according to various settings 5,61,3
PO - 4 : describe differences between ideological terrorism, ethnic terrorism and nationalistic terrorism21,3
PO - 5 : knowledge of the major theories that analyze and explain the phenomenon of terrorism from different perspectives 4,51,3
